Three things, and you can get all of them from the device itself.
You do not need the original receipt to start. Most second-hand devices come without one. Tell us what you do have and we build the case from there.

It is still registered to someone else's account in the SUPER73 app, usually the previous owner's, or an account you no longer have access to. It happens a lot with second-hand, gifted and resold devices. Nothing is wrong with the e-bike itself, but you cannot add it to your own account until that link is removed.
That is what we do. We review your case first and tell you yes or no, with the price, before any work starts. We act only for the lawful owner, and only through SUPER73's own process. We never bypass locks or access anyone's account.

No. We never ask for their password, email or cooperation, and we never ask you for them either.
Prices are set per device and shown on the request form. Both services are paid after the manufacturer has released the binding and you have connected your e-bike to your own account. If the unbinding does not succeed, there is nothing to pay.
